Three new reports on the BI Center

You can now download usage counter statistics in XLS format from the BI center for further analysis.

The three new reports available are:

  • Top users by number of views: those are the library champions who accessed online resources the most within a certain time period
  • Top users by logins: those are the users who login often to the library portal
  • Top resources: these represent the most popular electronic resources by number of hits

Here are some of the highlights:

  • PDF rendering engine based on browser server component, no need to install anything
  • Lightning fast CDN for immediate retrieval
  • 256 HTTPS encryption for download links

Registration is now email independent

Previously, all users registered in any DeepKnowledge portal could not register again in any other portal using the same email address.

We have acknowledged feedback from our customers and have changed that behavior to allow the same users to register into multiple DeepKnowledge portals provided they are part of the relevant organizations.
